The "Onion" Strategy

1. Essential Protection

• Helmet: Full-face or Modular (Pinlock/Anti-fog lens highly recommended).
• Comms: Cardo Intercom (MANDATORY) for team safety.（Required）
• Riding Suit: All-weather suit with CE-rated armor.

2. The "Onion" Layering (-10°C to 25°C)

• Base: Moisture-wicking thermal layers (keeps you dry/warm).
• Mid: Fleece or a thin Down jacket (retains body heat).
• Outer: Riding Suit + Rain Suit (for extreme wind, rain, or snow).

3. Off-Bike & Casual Wear

• Hardshell Jacket: Bring one high-quality hardshell for sightseeing. It replaces your riding jacket in cities to save luggage space.
• Footwear: Professional riding boots for the road + Comfortable walking shoes for exploring towns.

Foreigner Travel Regulations:

• Temporary Chinese Riding License
• Group Travel Mandatory:Independent travel is prohibited. All trips are arranged with licensed guides and agencies.
• Required Permits:Tibet Travel Permit (entry), Alien's Travel Permit (outside Lhasa), Military Permit (border areas). We handle all applications.
• Approved Accommodation:All hotels are government-approved foreign-related hotels to ensure compliance.

• Pre-Trip Prep: Stop aerobic exercise (running/swimming) at least 1 month prior to enhance adaptation.
• During Trip:Maintain slow pace; stay hydrated; avoid alcohol/smoking; eat light high-carb meals. Oxygen supply is available if needed.
